Appointment Policy & Deposits
Starting April 2022, 8 Shades Auto Detailing will require deposits for all appointments to secure your spot on our calendar.
Once you book with us, we reserve that time exclusively for you. Recently, we’ve experienced an increase in last-minute no-shows and cancellations, prompting this change.
Deposits will be based on the total price of your service. These non-refundable deposits apply to appointments that are no-shows or canceled without 24-hour notice. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a new deposit is required.
Is the deposit an extra fee?
No, the deposit is applied to your total service cost. For example, if your service costs $400 and your deposit was $100, you’ll pay $300 at checkout.
Why do we require deposits?
The increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations causes significant issues for our small business. Deposits show your commitment to working with us, and we greatly appreciate it.
